Time of active action: up to 64h Average doses: 1000-5000iu every 3-5 days Purpose: stimulation of the testicles to produce testosterone Dosage length: usually 3 injections every 3-5 weeks Properties: luteinizing hormone (LH) gonadotropin
HCG – action
HCG is an agent that imitates the gonadrotropic hormones produced by the hypothalamus and pituitary gland responsible for stimulating the testicles to produce testosterone. This measure is used primarily during long cycles, during which high levels of androgens inhibit the work of the testicles, which can lead to their reduction / shrinkage. During a long steroid treatment (over 12 weeks) without HCG protection, arthrosis (atrophy) of the testicles may occur, which in turn may even lead to infertility.
HCG – application
During treatment with strong blocking agents, testicles usually stop working between the fourth and fifth week (you can feel it), so it is worth using HCG at that time and repeating after the same period. Usually three injections of 2000iu every 3 days are sufficient. A good solution is also to use it 2-3 weeks before the end of the cycle. This agent becomes active very quickly – after a few hours it stimulates the testicles to work and the overall duration of action (testicular stimulation) is up to 5 days with one injection. Typically, a 200-300% increase in natural testosterone production levels can be seen.
